Metazoo Games has officially opened up the NFT redemption window for their latest eBay collaboration product. This redemption window will be open for the next 7 days to allow NFT holders the chance to participate in this product release. Before we discuss the differences with the Metazoo x eBay NFT lunchbox, let's review a bit of history.
On August 25, 2022, Metazoo launched their Metazoo x eBay exclusive lunchbox bundle on their eBay store. This was limited in quantity to 5000 and sold out the same day it launched. This lunchbox bundle contained the following items:
This lunchbox is a pretty good value offering in my opinion. I do like the extra add-ons that were included with this product. People really enjoyed the first Metazoo x eBay collaboration, which was the Metazoo x eBay Wilderness booster boxes that contained 10 eBay packs and 1 box topper pack which contained a holographic token.
I'm really curious on what changes will be included with the Metazoo x eBay UFO 1st Edition Lunchboxes - NFT version. We got a sneak peek at the updated artwork for the lunchbox, which includes a gold mothman token on it. It's also been stated that the promo card inside the lunchbox will have the gold mothman stamp. See image below as the stamp is located in bottom left corner of the card.
The other major change noted is that the Metazoo x eBay UFO 1st Edition - NFT lunchboxes will have (10) exclusive eBay packs inside instead of (5) exclusive eBay packs in the regular version. The question here is that enough of a change to make this product worth it for NFT holders? In my opinion yes. It offers enough of a difference with different product marketing, unique promo and more eBay packs.
